About this role
- Should be able to read the HVAC layouts
- co ordination with consultant and clients.
- Thorough knowledge of Air conditioning equipment and installation practices.
- Should able to handle field workers and technicians.
- Often required to visit site to evaluate the scope of works.
- Getting certification of work done from consultants.
- Co ordination with vendors, office staff and procurement dept.
- Schedule of works as per project timelines.
- Appointing sub contractor and follow up for close of works.
