Position Summary

NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director, MBA Admissions. The selected candidate will assist with the admissions and recruitment efforts of the MBA Admissions Office, with a focus on digital marketing. The Assistant Director will manage website updates and maintenance, email marketing, content creation (including email, blog posts, event promotion, website, graphics, and video), CRM data and associated analytics, and market research. They will assist with the admissions application process, participate in on- and off-campus recruitment events, including virtual events, review applications, and interview candidates. The selected candidate will also serve as a liaison with various external organizations and University offices on admissions matters and create digital marketing materials, content, and strategies.

Qualifications

The selected candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience with digital marketing, CRM, and analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database software, are also required. Familiarity with website editing and graphic design software, as well as knowledge of systems development and implementation, are preferred.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,000.00 to USD $83,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
