Assembly Back End BGA Process Technician
About this role
1. Overall support for daily LOH disposition activities.
2. Support daily production activities and troubleshoot assembly process issues.
3. Monitor process performance, yield, and product quality.
4. Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
5. Develop and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
6. Support NPI activities, process validation, and engineering trials.
7. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
8. Train and guide operators on process requirements and quality standards.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
10. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for process-related issues with Process Engineer.
