About this role
【工作內容】
1. 高低壓電力系統、空調系統、無塵室系統、有機溶劑排氣系統、VOC處理系統運轉與維護；
2. 上述設備日常維修與保養規劃；
3. 上述系統改善與工程規劃；
4. 工程發包及執行；
5. 定時巡檢抄表作業；
6. 主管交辦事項
其他條件:
1. 須配合輪班(三班制)；
2.假日需配合加班(二班制)；
3. 具半導體廠或光電廠相關經驗尤佳
