About this role
工作說明
1. 機台保養維護 (離子植入機 / 高溫爐管 / RTP )，維持設備正常運作。
2. 分析機台設備異常的原因，並排除問題。
3. 提出潛在設備問題，提出預防措施。
4. 重大機況問題處理改善報告說明。
5. 成本 Cost down (2nd source評估 / DIY....)
