1. 生產線主任為三班制工作. (日夜輪調頻率約1-2年輪調一次 )
2. 積極/樂觀.喜歡與人相處.( 因業務需要經常對外溝通協調 )
3. 具抗壓性. ( 因本職務為管理職.基層主管之業務繁瑣.偶爾須超時工作 )
4. 企圖心強 (因主任須管理每班約 80 位部屬.須具備各種管理概念與技能 )
