工作說明
1) 依據銷售forecast 擬定交貨計畫
2) 依據產銷會議訂定的出貨目標擬定生產企劃排程
3) 依據產銷會議訂定的出貨目標進行庫存管控
4) 針對外包商進行生產資料蒐集與分析訂定各生產階段lead time
5) 訂定標準lead time for sales
6) 根據交貨計畫進行各外包商的生產產能規劃
7) 根據產能規劃結果提供各外包商 rolling forecast
8) 針對外包商的物料備貨進行管控
9) 與業務及事業單位合作達成每月業績目標
10) 達成每月出貨目標
