【工作內容】
- 子公司財務與資金管理
- 負責海外子公司現金流規劃、分析及管理
- 協助監控集團內資金使用效率，並提出優化建議
- 辦理海外子公司增資相關作業
- 支援海外子公司財務相關管理辦法之制定與執行
- 融資與資金管理
- 集團中長期資金需求及現金流預測
- 協助執行母公司及子公司之籌資作業（如聯貸、公司債、ECB等 -協助分析資金成本及財務風險（利率、匯率等）
- 辦理集團內資金借貸及背書保證相關作業
- 系統與流程優化
- 協助檢視財務作業流程，推動系統化或自動化改善（如導入AI工具）提升資金管理效率並降低作業風險
- 其他專案與分析支援
- 不定期支援財務相關專案分析，如金融市場研究、籌資環境與工具、資金成本及財務風險（利率、匯率等）分析等
- 配合主管需求，協助準備專題報告
【擅長工具】
- 能掌握並熟練操作MS Office及MS Copilot等工具 -能建立現金流預測模型、資金規劃及財務分析模型
- 良好簡報製作能力 -熟悉ERP或財務系統（如SAP）尤佳
【工作技能】
- 具備資金流預測與分析能力（現金流預估、資金缺口分析、Scenario分析）
- 具備國內外籌資專案協助相關經驗者佳 -願意快速學習運用新技術者，運用新AI 工具提升生產力
- 良好溝通技巧與問題解決能力
- 樂觀積極、工作執行力強，能獨立作業
