工作說明
本職位負責執行公司全球晶圓委外代工（Wafer Foundry）之工程相關事宜。新產品導入、確保產品品質、提升產品良率、異常處理、定期審查晶圓代工廠的製程穩定度，確保其符合公司的品質標準。
• 產品設計定案(tape out)與改版之規劃與交期追蹤
• 良率分析與改善
• 供應商管理
• 品質管控、異常處理
• 工程合約
教育程度
工作技能
具半導體製程與元件物理相關知識。
熟悉產品從設計定案、光罩製作、試產到量產的完整半導體生產流程。
其他
【語言能力】
具備英文商務溝通與書信能力。若具備日文溝通能力優先錄用。
