【工作內容】
- 主導產品系統生命週期管理，涵蓋需求分析、系統設計、開發測試、上線導入與持續優化。
- 蒐集使用者需求與痛點，轉化為具體產品規格與改進計畫，持續提升系統使用體驗與營運成效。
- 跨部門協作推動系統整合與流程自動化，提升單位作業效率。
- 負責內部各項員工服務的客製化、並整合開發與自動化工具（RPA 或 Workflow Engine）的系統產品策略與發展規劃。
- 運用敏捷開發(Scrum)與數據分析，監控系統績效與使用者回饋，推動持續優化與創新。
【擅長工具】
- 具企業級BPM系統建置、導入或優化經驗
- 具 IT 架構（API／權限／AD／雲端平台）協作經驗
- 具備 .NET Framework 或 .NET Core 開發經驗，並能靈活運用 MS SQL 及 MySQL 進行資料庫程式設計
- 熟悉敏捷流程與工具（Jira／Confluence）
【工作技能】
- 運用 AI 工具輔助分析、自動化與決策的實踐能力
- 產品管理／系統開發／專案管理經驗
- 熟悉企業級內部營運應用系統領域之流程，並能掌握跨系統整合 4. 具跨部門協調與利害關係人管理能力 5. 具數據分析與問題洞察能力，能以數據推動產品策略
