About this role
工作說明
晶片開發設計條件與特質:
1.類比電路設計(LDO/OP/BG/OSC/POR/ADC/DAC/Charge-Pump...)
2.熟悉Tool如:Virtuoso/Custom Compiler、HSPICE、Spectre等進行類比電路設計。
3.執行設計規格、電路架構評估選定、Schematic設計、到Pre/Post-sim等。
4.需與佈局工程師協作處理Chip layout。
5.需與數位設計工程師合作並討論電路之間的溝通介面與功能控制。
6.撰寫設計、測試規格文件與書寫模擬報告及與測試工程師(TE)合作開發量產測試程式。
7.需與應用工程師(AE/FAE)合作進行晶片驗證(verification)與除錯(debug)。
８.溝通良好、能團隊合作並對類比電路設計有熱忱者。
教育程度
工作技能
具備以下經驗或能力者佳:
1.進行 Mixed-signal design Simulation。
2. PLL/DPLL/High-speed-IO3. ESD/Latch-up 相關經驗。
