Nurtury is seeking a Instructional Coach to conduct observations and program assessments using measurement tools in the classroom and to provide guidance on curriculum design and implementation.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical guidance to Program Directors on conducting program assessments in their program and maintain close communications regarding staff/classroom goals and progress.
- Utilize measurement tools to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Coach and guide educators in completion of child assessments and use of assessment data to guide curriculum planning.
- Provide monthly trainings for staff in Teaching Strategies Gold (TSG) and Creative Curriculum.
- Facilitate monthly “lunch in a bag” mini trainings or discussion topics – remotely or in person.

You:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree; 5 years relevant experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and training
- Are Teacher Certified by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) required, Lead Teacher Certification preferred
- Have knowledge and skills in program quality standards and use of measurement tools in early care and education
- Have strong oral and written communication skills
- Have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet/e-mail

- Salary: $60,000 – $65,000
- Full Time, Monday – Friday Schedule
