Senior Data Entry Executive
About this role
Job summary:
· Data punching
· Collect product information included photos & barcode
· Product dictionary building
· Leading addtional projects in Data Entry side.
What'd you do:
- Data punching: the employee is required to punch data (urban and rural HHP/BBP paper diaries and additional survey) with accuracy & higher performance
- Collecting product information in the market/ supermarket for new launched products & existing products (included photos & barcode)
- Building product dictionary & update new products to NDES (New Data Entry System)
- Storing collected product photos & deliver to related department when required
- Market knowledge: the employee is required to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of 15-20 FMCG categories.
- Leading addtional projects in Data Entry side, details as below:
· Project excute by pen & paper data collection methodology:
· Join project breifing together with Comercial or Fieldwork team
· Receive & check number of questionaire from Field work team
· Creating form for puching data
· Distribute number of questionaire to Data Entry Exective for punching
· Check logic data & daily data backup
· Data processing & delivery to PR team
- Other addtional tasks assigned by Line Manager
