You’ll be joining a supportive team that values openness, respect, collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to build your grants administration knowledge, contribute to meaningful work and help improve how grants are delivered across the department.

About You

You are collaborative, practical and solutions-focused. You enjoy helping people understand requirements and turning information into clear, useful guidance that supports good grants administration.

You have good judgement, attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions, seek advice and escalate issues when needed. You understand the importance of grants governance, compliance and record keeping, and you are interested in how good processes support sound decisions, program delivery and outcomes for communities.

You work well with others, communicate clearly and build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. You are organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities while delivering accurate and timely work.

Ideally, you’ll bring some experience in grants administration, governance, policy, compliance, assurance, program delivery or a related area. You may also have experience preparing documents, coordinating information, supporting reporting activities or helping teams follow established processes.
