Senior Product Analyst Asset Department of Customer Service (DCS) transforms the way NSW
Government agencies interact with customers. We are passionate about putting
the customer at the centre of everything we do and adopting new technologies to
make Government work better. DCS is a service provider and regulator, focusing
on delivering first-class customer service, digital transformation, and
regulatory reform to create better outcomes for the people of NSW. Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division
in DCS that is leading the way in streamlining processes and transactional
shared services to allow our people to better focus on their customers and
delivering their services. We are developing and delivering a roadmap
to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and
deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW
Government Departments. Identify, analyse and translate business processes, technical functions and a broad range of data to enhance business performance. The successful candidate must demonstrate
strong capabilities in: *Experience supporting
projects that deliver financial ERP projects mapping business capabilities
to product features and processes *Functional Analyst
experience supporting business transformation solutions, including
flexible, scalable processes and technology that support efficient

Clerk Grade: 9/10; $133,348 - $146,945

Employment Type: Ongoing; Fulltime
Location: Parramatta - Hybrid
opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be
subject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.

What you will do
Investigate problems, analyse options and provide recommendations for new and existing services
Deliver targeted data driven insights into the underlying drivers of commercial outcomes to translate complex analysis into meaningful insights, develop appropriate recommendations and identify interdependencies to support decision making
Commitment to customer service and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
*Review and propose business improvements and contribute to the development, facilitation, coordination and communication of initiatives and strategies to ensure organisational consistency and adoption of best practice
About You
*Experience in
identifying areas for process improvement and applying SAP Best Practices
to support efficient and standardised business operations.
*Experience supporting
complex and sensitive consultations and negotiations with diverse
stakeholders.

Ongoing (permanent) roles require Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
