Manager, Talent Systems, Projects & Delivery The Manager, Systems, Projects & Delivery is a key leadership role within the Talent Team, People & Culture, responsible for driving projects, system enhancements and service improvements that strengthen talent service delivery across the Department of Customer Service (DCS). Reporting to the Talent Director, you will lead strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance talent service delivery across DCS. Partnering with Talent leaders and stakeholders, you will drive process improvements, automation and leverage technology to enhance customer experiences. Key responsibilities You are a collaborative leader with strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience, ideally within talent acquisition or a related environment. You will bring: This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent services and contribute to strategic initiatives that deliver real impact across the Department. The role is currently available on a 6-month temporary basis, with the possibility to extend or become ongoing if an opportunity arises in the Talent team.
