About this role
Grants Manager The Independent Review Office (IRO) is seeking a motivated
and customer-focused IRO Grants Manager to administer and manage grant
and funding programs so as to achieve the intended outcomes for injured workers
across New South Wales. Working within the Legal Assistance, Policy & Strategy
team, you will play a critical role in delivering grant and funding programs
through rigorous, transparent and accountable processes. Administer the IRO
grant and funding programs in line with IRO Funding Guidelines, relevant
workers compensation legislation and the NSW Grants Administration Guide to
achieve intended outcomes for injured workers. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with
strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and program administration skills who
is committed to integrity, fairness and achieving positive community outcomes. The IRO is an independent statutory body in NSW that helps
injured workers and motor accident claimants resolve disputes with insurers and
provides legal funding and grants to support access to services and assistance. As part of the Department of Customer Service, IRO is

Employment Type: Multiple roles available including Temporary (fixed-term) and Ongoing opportunities
Location: Darlinghurst NSW (hybrid). You’ll be
office-based at least 5 days per fortnight for full-time roles (pro-rata for
part-time), with the remaining days worked flexibly as agreed.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 116,981 base plus superannuation
