EOI - Business Analyst Grade: 7/8 Shape the future of property management while growing your career in a dynamic, collaborative team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in managing financial processes and reporting within the Property Management team. You will be responsible for analysing complex information, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with government processes and legislation. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives. About the team The role sits within the Property Management team, which manages the ongoing lifecycle of PSN sites, including all income and expenses related to colocation and site facilities. Salary range: $120,859 - $133,183 + super
Duration: temporary for up to 6 months with possibility of extension (15 October 2026 – 25 April 2027)
Location: Hybrid, with attendance at Haymarket (McKell Building) 2 days a week. This may be subject to change in line with DCS workplace policies.

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 116,981 base plus superannuation
