We currently partner with over 50 agencies to offer over 1,000 NSW Government transactions.
About the team
As a Business Concierge, you will be responsible for supporting businesses at every stage of their journey, offering personalised guidance, resources and support both in person and over the phone.
•Provide personalised support and case management to small businesses
•Proactively engage with businesses in your community
•Engage with stakeholders (eg local councils) and partner with them to support businesses in your local area
•Partner with your Team Leader and Business Relationship Manager to plan and deliver outreach activities, including events and presentations
•Support inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone and digital channels
•Build strong relationships with business customers to ensure ongoing support and positive outcomes when navigating government.
•Experience working with multicultural communities; bilingual or multilingual capability is highly desirable
•A strong understanding of the small business landscape and the challenges faced by business owners in NSW
•Ability to adapt your approach to meet differing customer needs while maintaining high service standards
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•A proactive, customer-focused mindset
•The ability to support businesses primarily based in the Parkes / Forbes LGAs
•Valid NSW driver’s licence
•Willingness to travel across NSW, including metro, regional, and remote areas, sometimes at short notice/ designated LGAs
