About this role
NSF contrata al Contratista para que preste servicios de formación técnica a los clientes de NSF u ofrezca su experiencia en la materia para el desarrollo de programas de formación para NSF. NSF propondrá las fechas y los lugares e identificará, para cada servicio, al cliente de NSF asociado. El Contratista aceptará o rechazará cada Servicio de manera oportuna para que NSF pueda reprogramar el Servicio en otro lugar. Por la presente, el Contratista acepta dicho compromiso y se compromete a prestar dichos Servicios de conformidad con las directrices aplicables y según lo requiera NSF. El Contratista reconoce y acepta que NSF puede reasignar cualquier Servicio antes de que el Contratista comience la prestación asignada.
