About this role
- Design and deliver the business model and competitive product proposition for UPI Cross-Border Remittances.
- Own the product roadmap, execution, and delivery, accelerating growth across new customer and business segments.
- Drive end-to-end product P&L, optimizing costs, margins, revenue growth, and loss reduction.
- Define, document, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), operating models, and end-to-end business and operational processes.
- Ensure robust risk, fraud, audit, and governance controls across product design and execution.
- Support new product launches with structured and timely stakeholder communication.
- Partner closely with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Business teams to deliver best-in-class remittance solutions.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying control gaps and coordinating with internal audit to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure high-quality functional testing and exception management to minimize operational issues and enhance customer experience.
