You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver robust, distributed, and event-driven systems aligned with NPCI standards.

Key Responsibilities

Core Technical Expertise – Design & Development

• Lead application design and development using Java/J2EE
  
• Apply strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and coding standards
  
• Work on JVM internals, memory management, transactions, and performance tuning
  
• Design microservices-based and distributed systems
  
• Implement design patterns and architecture best practices
  
• Develop REST APIs and enterprise solutions using Spring Boot
  
• Work with Kafka and ELK stack
  
• Prepare HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, release notes
  
• Handle relational databases and advanced SQL
  
• Work with NoSQL systems such as Cassandra, YugabyteDB, PostgreSQL, KeyDB
  

Frameworks & Development Practices

• Work on Spring Framework and Reactive frameworks
  
• Implement event-driven architecture
  
• Execute TDD-based development
