About this role

Your team

As a Marketing - Working Student at Noxtua, you will support our Marketing team across a broad range of deliverables, from presentations and campaigns to brand consistency and content localization, as we scale our footprint across European markets.

Your responsibilities span the full marketing toolkit: you support the creation and formatting of pitch decks and presentations using our branded PowerPoint templates, alongside other general marketing deliverables. You apply existing translations to support articles and product screen designs in the correct target language, working hands-on with Framer and Figma.

You will help to monitor and manage our social media presence, including scheduling and basic engagement tracking, as well as supporting our internal newsletter with regular content updates. You will also assist with LinkedIn ad campaign setup, tracking, and reporting, gaining hands-on exposure to Thought Leader Ads and other formats.

You will join Noxtua's Marketing team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Product, GTM, PR, and Legal, gaining exposure to how a fast-moving, international marketing function operates at scale. The team combines creative execution with operational rigor, and you'll have the opportunity to work across formats, languages, and markets, building a versatile skill set in brand marketing, localization, and paid media.

The role reports directly to Rafael, who is the Brand Marketing Lead at Noxtua. Rafael owns our Brand Marketing Strategy and its yearly implementation. He is a qualified marketing professional with an MBA and more than 18 years of experience. He is passionate about combining strategy, aesthetics, and impactful concepts that bring out the best in each campaign. He enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
