Growth/GTM Engineer

Detroit · On-site

About this role

Nox is building AI-powered factories to 100x American manufacturing.

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Engineer to build the digital growth system that connects more customers and more demand to those factories.

What you'll do

  • Scale online GTM spend against contribution margin and customer lifetime value.

  • Improve the journey from discovery to quote, order, and repeat purchase.

  • Build our SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategy.

  • Ship experiments, landing pages, integrations, and lifecycle automations.

  • Leverage frontier tools to increase the speed and quality of execution.

  • Pair quantitative rigor with strong product and creative taste.

You might be a fit if

  • You've personally built or scaled a digital acquisition channel.

  • You're comfortable working in a codebase, an ad account, and a dataset.

  • You understand CAC, payback, conversion, retention, and attribution.

  • You have strong taste: you recognize clear messaging, credible design, and a buying experience customers can trust.

  • You learn new tools and unfamiliar markets quickly.

  • You prefer owning an outcome to operating within a narrow function.

We care more about what you've built, the judgment behind it, and how quickly you learn than a particular background or number of years.

To apply, show us one growth system you improved: what you changed, why you made those choices, and what happened.
