Collection Specialist

• Make outbound collection calls professionally while keeping and improving customer relations.
  
• Monitor accounts on a daily basis.
  
• Collect users' payments in accordance with payment due dates.
  
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
  
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
  
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
  
• Take action in order to encourage timely payments.
  
• Process payments and refunds.
  
• Maintain all related tasks assigned by the direct manager
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
  
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
  
• Good English.
  
• Minimum Experience 1-3.
  
• Solid experience in collections.
  
• Microsoft Office is a Must.
