What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operation moving by:
Moving and stocking heavy products throughout the warehouse
Safely operating forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse
Using RF scanners to accurately move and verify inventory
Ensuring products are placed in the correct locations and properly labeled
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Proactively identifying product, inventory, or safety concerns
Supporting warehouse operations and team objectives as needed
QualificationsWhat Makes You a Great Fit?
We're looking for candidates who
Have experience operating forklifts rated up to 6,500 lbs.
Can safely handle large, heavy, and awkward loads
Understand warehouse safety practices and PPE requirements
Have strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Can read and follow work instructions
Are dependable and willing to work overtime when needed
Are at least 18 years old
Bonus Points If You Have
Distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
Experience transporting products weighing 2,500+ lbs.
Experience handling loads up to 18 feet long
One or more years of forklift operating experience
High School Diploma or GED
