As an Early Engagement Engineer within our End Fitting Supply team, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of tomorrow’s subsea energy projects. Working closely with customers, Sales, and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will evaluate technical feasibility, develop engineering concepts, support and provide input to define project case. Your work will help ensure that every proposed solution is technically robust, commercially viable, and positioned for successful project execution.

Objectives

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of feasibility evaluations, engineering recommendations and technical decision-making within the EFS scope of supply.
  • Develop technically feasible and commercially competitive engineering concepts during early project development.
  • Review customer scope of work and technical specification, identify technical opportunities, constraints, and risks before detailed engineering begins.
  • Support customers and Sales by providing sound engineering recommendations throughout FEED and tendering.
  • Contribute to accurate project scope, cost, time, and resource (CTR) estimates.
  • Ensure effective transfer of engineering knowledge to project execution teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through technical expertise and collaboration.
