Baker

Position Summary:

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Baker is at the heart of it all. Dedicated to perfecting the craft, you see beauty in raw ingredients and strive for consistency when you make our guests’ favorite recipes. You’ll make the cakes that make people’s day, so you’ll get to enjoy yours as well.

I. Follow all Nothing Bundt Cakes recipes and guidelines per given on recipe sheets and reference videos and guides.
2. Ensure product is store properly and following FIFO guidelines.
3. Keep a clean and sanitary work area and maintain cleanliness standards. Cleaning all baking equipment throughout shift including but not limited to oven, mixer and Bundt pans.
4. Be able to life 50lbs+ with or without assistance.
5. Be able to meet time standard goals.
6. Be able to adapt to a changing work pace in different seasons. A good sense of urgency is a must!
7. Be able to communicate clearly and work in a team work atmosphere!

-High school diploma or GED.

-1-3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred not required.
-18 years or older to operate all required equipment.

Health insurance eligibility for part‑time, variable‑hour employees is determined using the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Look‑Back Measurement Method, which reviews average hours worked over a 12‑month period. Employees who meet ACA full‑time criteria may become eligible for health benefits after completing this measurement period and the associated administrative review.
