NORY is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Shift Studio Assistant to support our summer camp operations. This hands-on role involves prepping, organizing, and packing enrichment materials to help bring STEM education to life for thousands of children. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work and takes pride in staying organized and efficient.
Qualities We're Seeking:
Reliable, punctual, and focused
Knowledgable about prepping and packing materials
Hardworking, very organized, and efficient at multitasking
Strong attention to detail and memory retention
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills with basic math knowledge
Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
Artistic creativity is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing enrichment program materials (arts & crafts and engineering/tech materials)
Accurately packing, labeling, and organizing materials for camp distribution
Maintaining office organization for efficient operations
Restocking and maintaining supply inventory
Requirements:
Familiarity with city navigation to perform occasional material deliveries
No experience necessary, but comfortability with operating power tools
Ability to stand, bend over, walk, etc., for long periods of time
Ability to lift 20+ lbs
Familiarity with city navigation is a plus (for occasional material deliveries)
Work Schedule:
Standard night shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
We prefer regular hours, 20–40 hours per week
Extended hours may be available based on performance and team needs
Compensation:
$17 per hour
