Job Summary
Employee Housing Maintenance Supervisor role will assist the Employee Housing Manager with the day-to-day operations of employee housing, coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Oversee employee relations and address concerns.
Essential Job Functions
Coordinates unit turnover, inspections and check in/out process
Schedule and supervise Housing maintenance
coordinate trades and services
Project manage construction and maintenance request
Track unit conditions and cleanliness standards
Oversee employee arrivals, departures and housing inspections
Enforce policies and procedures and resolve employee housing issues
Work with HR, Payroll and Operations to align housing with staffing
Collaborate with Employee Housing Manager on various aspects of staff management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, address employee concerns, resolve conflicts and ensure a positive employee housing experience
Ensure compliance with OH&S safety standards and all housing-related legal requirements
Required Qualifications and Abilities
High school graduate
Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory role
