The Transformation Office Senior Analyst supports the Chief Transformation Officer in the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, executive communications, governance reporting, and leadership meetings. This role is responsible for preparing Board and executive materials, developing status updates and presentations, coordinating meeting preparation, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Transformation Office.

Major Duties

  • Prepare presentations, Board materials, executive updates, and communications for senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Support executive meeting preparation, including agendas, briefing materials, meeting content, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop status reports, dashboards, and progress updates for transformation initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather, synthesize, and communicate information for executive audiences.
  • Create clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations that support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Track key deliverables, milestones, risks, and actions across Transformation Office priorities.
  • Support governance processes and recurring reporting requirements.
  • Ensure materials are accurate, well-organized, and delivered on time.
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive summaries.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, PMO, consulting, executive support, business management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, leadership communications, status reporting, and governance materials preferred.

Salary Range:

$61,500 - 98,300 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
