Major Duties:

May act as Project Leader. Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within Technology Risk and Control function.

Plan and oversee daily tasks and long-term projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Develop and deliver high-quality presentation materials that clearly articulate technology risk and control strategies, project updates, key findings, and recommendations for Technology and Risk stakeholders.

Collect and synthesize input from Technology Risk and Control leaders on key technology risk and control topics, translating complex themes into concise executive presentations, leadership briefings, and decision-ready materials.

Drive process improvements across Technology Risk and Controls, applying a solid understanding of technology risk domains, control design, control execution, and evidence requirements to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Support preparation for management meetings by compiling data, drafting talking points, and creating briefing materials.

Develop and maintain a knowledge base for Technology Risk and Control, including key risk areas, control expectations, governance processes, reporting standards, and supporting procedures.

Perform data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI to identify technology risk trends, control gaps, emerging issues, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making by IT management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least four, typically six or more years of technical experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Solid understanding of technology risk and control concepts, including inherent and residual risk, control objectives, key controls, risk indicators, issue management, control testing, and risk governance within a technology environment.

Experience in technology risk or control functions, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
