Role/ Department:
The Global Business Management team supports strategy, financial management, governance, reporting and capital portfolio oversight for the Banking & Markets division within Asset Servicing. The successful candidate will support management reporting, governance activities, executive communications and strategic initiatives that help drive business performance and delivery against key priorities.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Support the execution of Banking & Markets' strategic priorities through coordination, tracking and reporting of key initiatives.
- Develop presentations, reporting packs, briefing materials and executive communications for senior leadership, governance forums and management committees.
- Conduct business and financial analysis to support strategic planning, decision-making and performance management.
- Produce and maintain management information, dashboards and reporting on financial, operational, client and strategic metrics, providing insights on business performance and trends.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking and ad hoc analytical requests.
- Support capital investment portfolio activities, including project setup, reporting, forecasting and governance.
- Coordinate governance activities, including meeting materials, agendas, action tracking, reporting requirements and maintenance of key business records, risks and issues.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews and other leadership reporting processes by compiling data and delivering concise management insights.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Marketing, Operations and the wider Banking & Markets organisation to gather information, support initiatives and contribute to business objectives.
- Provide day-to-day support across business priorities and organisational activities while fostering strong relationships and a collaborative team culture.
Skills/Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
- Previous experience in financial services, consulting, business management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing presentations, management reporting or executive materials would be advantageous.
