Job DetailsJob Location: 1007WLEHIG - Philadelphia, PA 19133Salary Range: $78.00 - $82.00 SalaryThe Acute Recovery Services Program Manager clinically manages and provides general oversight of NET Lehigh Recovery Centers’ 38 bed multi-level of care residential facility and NET Access Point, an assessment, referral & placement facility. This position provides vision and direction to the site and enacts performance improvement plans to continuously improve program outcomes. The Acute Recovery Services Program Manager provides individual and group clinical supervision to the counseling staff on site and provides administrative supervision in the procurement of clinical documentation in the treatment of addiction. This position supports the clinical staff in providing clinically appropriate evidence-based treatment to individuals in treatment. This individual ensures that clinical staff are appropriately interviewed, hired, credentialed, on-boarded, oriented, trained and supervised, and ensures that the program is always ready for routine and emergent reviews by federal, state, and local licensing and credentialing regulatory agencies.
Minimum QualificationsA master’s degree from an accredited college with a focus in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, public administration, or other related field and 5 years of experience working within a substance use or trauma recovery setting.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at the intermediate to advanced level

Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Be on call as assigned by the program director
•
Must be a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task
•
Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively solve problem
•
Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment
•
Proficiency with operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment and motivate others to promote the mission, vision, and values of NET Centers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Within the confines of the offices of the Division and Agency. Travel to other Agency sites as well as to outside meetings, conferences, or workshops may be required on an as needed basis.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday. Hours subject to change based upon program need and supervisor approval.
