• Balancing multiple learning and development initiatives in a fast-paced environment

• Designing and developing training material for internal and external customers

• Taking initiative and independently driving projects from idea to execution

• Building strong relationships and collaborating with business partners and subject matter experts

• Bringing curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail to everything you do

You have:

• Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree

• Certification in Adult Education is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training delivery, instructional design, or corporate education

• Experience designing and developing learning content, curriculum, onboarding resources, and training materials

• Strong facilitation skills across classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments

• Experience creating eLearning solutions and digital learning content; familiarity with Articulate Storyline and Workday Learning is an asset

• The ability to gather information, learn complex business processes, and translate them into effective learning solutions

• Bilingualism in French and English is not required but is considered a strong asset

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
