The Bus Is Here! And in the future, not too far from now, you could be behind the wheel, safely driving our students to and from school. If you’re caring, dependable, and ready for a fulfilling role, we WANT you on the Missouri Central team!
No experience? No CDL? No worries! We provide paid training and ongoing support for the heroes of our community— our School Bus Drivers.

WHY PEOPLE LOVE DRIVING WITH US
- $25.19 - $30.86/hr. depending on experience
- No experience necessary
- Weekly pay
- Paid CDL Training
- No nights or weekends!
- Minimum 4 hours daily during the school year (typically 20hrs per week)
- Optional year-round opportunities (summer school, trips, charters)
- Paid holidays!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet riders with a smile
- Safely navigate your route while ensuring students arrive on time
- Make a real impact in your community- one ride at a time
REQUIREMENTS
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years)
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
