We are looking for a Internal Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team in Oporto.

What's the challenge?

  • Identify, assess, and evaluate risks related to Nors' business activities, while monitoring the implementation of corresponding mitigation plans;
  • Identify and describe the manual and automated controls implemented in accordance with the most critical risks;
  • Develop and conduct audit tests of processes and controls;
  • Prepare and present audit reports to the audited companies, in accordance with the approved annual audit plan;
  • Propose recommendations resulting from audit findings, follow up on their implementation, and monitor timely and effective execution;
  • Support and present audit work and key findings to the Audit Committee. 

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within External Audit, Internal Audit, or Consulting;
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage;
  • Results-oriented mindset;
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Customer and business orientation;
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
