As part of our continued growth under the One Norlee platform, we are seeking an Engineer (Electrical) in the Tampa area.

Job Description:

Electrical engineer responsible for the management and completion of assigned projects

Job Duties:

· Management of Engineers, Designers, Modelers, and Drafters for the preparation of electrical permit and

construction documents

· Coordination with Owners, Developers, Architects, other Engineering Disciplines, Vendors, and Contractors.

· Layout and circuiting of electrical systems, including power, lighting, fire alarm, lightning protection, and

other specialty systems, as dictated by project

· Calculations of loads, voltage drop, and fault current

· Development and specifications for riser diagrams which may include UPS, generator(s), and renewable

energy source(s)

· Development and editing of project specifications

· Preparation of light fixture and feeder schedules

· Construction Administration including the review of shop drawings and submittals, responding to questions

from Clients/Contractors/Inspectors, and site visits to observe and document existing conditions and/or

systems installation

Job Skills/Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with licensure as a Professional Engineer

· Field experience relating to the installation of commercial electrical systems is preferred, but not required

· Ability to research

· Good work ethic with the ability to multi-task

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Professional demeanor with the ability to conduct themselves properly in an office atmosphere

· Willingness to adapt to company procedures and standards
