About this role
Your Task:
-
Develop / implement / align with Global process for creating and maintaining master data related to sourcing.

Coordinate with commodity leads at regional and global levels to ensure the accuracy and completeness of master data.

Conduct annual maintenance of pricing in SAP system accordance with sourcing board finalization.

Assist in the implementation of regional and global IT projects related to sourcing excellence.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to master data management.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve master data issues.
-
Develop and maintain documentation related to master data processes and procedures.
-
Provide training and support to end-users on master data management tools and processes.
-
Continuously monitor and improve master data quality and integrity.

Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Resolve any issues related to MRP activation / real-time on account of sourcing topics in SAP.
Your Profile:
- Any Degree
- English Mandatory
- 2 years working experience in SAP system related to Master data creation, maintenance, Creation of PIR’s etc.,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with commodity leads and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros, Microsoft Power Platform, AI related tools (prepare some sample during Interview)
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
