KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Design and implement an ICT curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes criti-cal thinking and problem-solving
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and adapt teaching to the strengths and needs of each pupil, including those with high ability or with special educational needs
  • Create a quality teaching environment conducive to learning, fostering learner agency and imple-menting the principles of positive discipline
  • Act as a coach by setting learning objectives that are challenging, inspiring and motivating, within the Collège philosophy, and provide students with regular feedback, both orally and through accu-rate rating
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with parents about their children’s achievements and learning

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
  • PGCE or equivalent
  • Proven track record of excellence in teaching with at least five years’ experience, ideally in an in-ternational environment
  • Native English speaker with fluent French
  • Valid Swiss work permit and clean criminal recor
