Head of Primary – IB Curriculum
Role Overview
The Head of Primary will provide strategic and academic leadership for the Primary Segment, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, student development, and effective implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP).The role involves leading the Primary academic team, driving curriculum development and implementation, monitoring teaching and learning standards, supporting professional development, and fostering a culture of inquiry, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree
- IB PYP training/certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching and academic leadership experience, preferably in an IB/international school.
- Experience as Head of Primary, PYP Coordinator, Primary Coordinator, or equivalent leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inquiry-based and concept-driven learning.
