What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structures
- Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies.
- Troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionally
- Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies
- Prepare reports, logs, and service documentation
- Assist with renovation and construction projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- HVAC certification required- Type 2 or EPA Universal
- 4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Additional Details:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
