What will you be doing?
Design technical solutions and contribute throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Build, develop, and maintain .NET and Optimizely solutions for international clients.
Work on a mix of new feature development, platform improvements, and long-term maintenance projects.
Collaborate in small, cross-functional international teams with developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, designers, business stakeholders, and colleagues across Scandinavia.
Continuously improve the way we work by contributing to planning sessions, retrospectives, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Support production systems when needed, including participation in an agreed on-call/support rotation.
We would like you to:
Have at least several years of commercial experience with Microsoft .NET, including ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, or Web API.
Have hands-on experience working with different versions of Optimizely CMS, especially CMS 12 and/or CMS 13.
Have development experience with the Optimizely/EPiServer DXP platform.
Have practical experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Understand DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, Git, cloud deployments, and basic monitoring.
Be familiar with Agile ways of working.
Communicate complex ideas and fluently influence discussions in English.
Be curious, open to feedback, and eager to keep learning.
Nice to have:
Experience with Optimizely Commerce.
Experience implementing tools from the Optimizely One portfolio, such as CMP, Personalization, Experimentation, Optimizely Graph, or DAM.
Experience with cloud-based CMS projects and integrations with external systems.
Experience with performance optimisation, security best practices, and production support.

What can we offer?
Salary range:
Regular: 10 000 - 15 000 PLN gross (UOP) / 80 - 120 pln/h (B2B).
Senior: 15 000 - 20 000 PLN gross (UOP) / 120 - 154 pln/h (B2B).
Lead: 20 000 - 23 000 PLN gross (UOP) / 154 - 174 pln/h (B2B).Real impact and contribution to the way we work.
