About the role
As part of your role, you will maintain close dialogue with your team on-site and participate in regular meetings across disciplines, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and execution according to our plans.
The technical focus of this position is Process Automation, working with DCS 800xA and ECS solutions interfacing with new technologies within the Industry 4.0 domain and Manufacturing IT solutions. Our projects cover the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual and basic design phases to on-site testing activities, including FAT, Interface Testing, Wet Testing, SAT, and UAT, culminating in handover to our customers.

- Executing projects within your area in close collaboration with your team, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
- Focusing on overall project planning, ensuring delivery quality, and planning the necessary resources to maintain schedule and cost targets.
- Estimating costs and planning budgets in collaboration with our engineers and specialists.
- Managing project scope and ensuring that changes are analysed and agreed upon with stakeholders.
- Work across the boundaries and you like to work in a diverse and international environment
- Create results through efficient project management and communication, leveraging from your relations to your team and stakeholder
- Have a personal commitment, known for your effectiveness and an open management style and know the impotency to win as a team
- Are fluent in English both written and spoken
- An educational background at bachelor's level or a similar relevant technical background.
- 6–10 years of experience with a proven track record in DCS and ECS/PLC Process Automation projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with GMP project execution and preferable knowledge with S88 and S95
- Experience in executing Process Automation projects in collaboration with other disciplines, such as mechanical and process design, as well as end users.
- Experience with on-site commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, and UAT.
- Project Management certification, e.g. PMP or PRINCE2, is preferred.
