About the role
You will join a team of highly skilled engineers working at the intersection of IT, Operational Technology (OT), Automation, and Cybersecurity, helping our customers create robust, compliant, and future-ready production environments.
As a Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer, you will act as a technical subject matter expert, driving infrastructure solutions from concept through design, implementation, commissioning, and handover. The role requires a high degree of independence, technical leadership, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
You will be expected to take ownership of technical solution areas, support knowledge sharing within the team, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure high-quality technical deliveries.

- Design
secure and scalable IT/OT infrastructure solutions for pharmaceutical
manufacturing facilities.
- Engineer
industrial networks, server environments, and virtualization platforms.
- Configure
and integrate infrastructure with OT, automation, and manufacturing
systems.
- Resolve
complex infrastructure, integration, and cybersecurity challenges.
- Lead technical reviews, commissioning activities, and customer handovers.
- Curious and motivated by solving complex technical challenges.
- Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and project teams.
- Structured and quality-focused in your approach to engineering.
- Able to communicate technical topics clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your work and deliveries.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Automation, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience within IT/OT infrastructure engineering.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking and infrastructure architectures.
- Experience with virtualization and server platforms.
- Experience working in project-based engineering environments.
Skills and
experience:
- Industrial cybersecurity and ISA-95 / IEC 62443 principles.
- Cisco networking technologies.
- VMware virtualization.
- Microsoft Server technologies and Active Directory.
- OT platforms and automation environments.
- Manufacturing system integrations MES, DCS, historians, SCADA
