- Leading and supporting your team through complex engineering projects, including possible part-time project work.
- Meeting regularly with your team members to understand how they’re doing and to support their performance and well-being.
- Strengthening the collaboration and teamwork, making sure your team keeps learning and building their skills.
- Developing the department setting the goals we work toward and shaping the processes and training that keep projects running well today and in the future
- Comfortable leading and motivating a team of different cultures and disciplines.
- Genuinely invested in how your team grows, performs, and feels at work.
- Guided by integrity and sound judgement.
- Focused on solving problems in a way that works for everyone involved.
- You have solid, relevant experience from international or multicultural organisations, preferably in pharma and biotech.
- You have an engineering degree or another technical background.
- You have held a role as Project Engineering Manager or Technical Project Manager on multidisciplinary EPCM (engineering, procurement, construction, management) projects, preferably in pharma engineering.
- You have experience coaching and leading team members.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.

The role is therefore primarily on-site, with physical presence at the workplace expected five days a week. Limited flexibility for occasional remote work may be accommodated in line with business needs.
