About the role
As a team, we are ensuring an efficient, reliable and digitally enabled workplace operation in close cooperation with internal stakeholders across NNE and external partners. We are on a digital transformation journey optimizing our service management platform to enable faster and more automated processes for data insights, asset management, service efficiency and world-class FM support across the organization.
As Associate Facility Manager, you will play a central role in creating a positive workplace experience and be the primary point of contact for facility-related matters in Virum. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate facility services and maintenance activities, and collaborate with employees, vendors, landlords, and contractors to ensure a well-functioning site. You will also contribute to the digital transformation of Facility Management through the use of technology and data-driven processes.
The place of work for this position will be our Headquarters in Virum, but you can expect occasional trips to our site in Kalundborg as part of your role, as many of your stakeholders and colleagues are located there.

- Leading the day-to-day facility operations at our Virum site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace.
- Driving maintenance activities and long-term facility planning, including execution of the 5-year maintenance roadmap.
- First point of contact for NNE colleagues ensuring a high level of service.
- Managing relationships with landlords, property managers, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality facility services.
- Overseeing workplace services, space planning, budgeting, invoice approvals, and facility-related administration.
- Supporting the digital transformation of Facility Management by leveraging systems, data, and technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- A proactive and positive team player who takes ownership and drives tasks forward.
- Thriving in a service-oriented environment and are motivated by creating value for colleagues and stakeholders.
- Building trust through great stakeholder management skills and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Enjoying collaborating with others, fostering positive relationships, and achieving results as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic about digitalization and continuous improvement, leveraging technology to create smarter and more efficient ways of working.
- Min. 5 years of experience within Facility Management, Workplace Services, Property Management, or a similar operational role.
- Proven ability to coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and facility-related projects.
- Experience working with budgets, invoice management, and service contracts.
- Strong IT skills and an interest in digital solutions, data, and systems that support modern Facility Management.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The role is therefore primarily on-site, with physical presence at the workplace expected five days a week.
