About this role
The Water Boss is responsible for coordinating and supervising all marine support activities associated with dredging and reclamation operations. The role ensures the safe, efficient, and continuous movement of vessels, barges, tugs, and support craft while maintaining compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and applicable maritime regulations. The Water Boss serves as the primary point of communication between marine assets, dredging crews, reclamation teams, and shore-based management to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
