Project Management Support Analyst
About this role
nLogic is seeking an Project Management Support Analyst to support anticipated work in the Fort Eustis, VA area. This role is aligned with upcoming proposal efforts and will play a key part in supporting Government program management of directorate-wide aviation research and development projects, contingent upon contract award.
In this role, you will contribute to mission-critical efforts by applying your expertise in project management while working alongside government and industry partners in a collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to be considered early for a high impact effort supporting critical defense missions.
Responsibilities
- Supports Government program management of directorate-wide aviation research and development projects with emphasis on drafting and staffing cooperative research and development agreements (CRADAs) joint work statements, test service agreements (TSAs), no cost demonstration agreements, sensitive data exchange agreements consistent with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and Army transformation directives.

Support planning and negotiation of these agreements with for profit and non-profit organizations

Participate in the development of new policies regarding the transfer of technologies
- Prepare and deliver educational programs designed to train scientific and administrative staff about technology transfer issues
Required Qualifications
- Active, in-scope Secret security clearance required
- Senior
- In addition to requirements under Journeyman, 3+ years of experience in T2 work or research and development contracts and agreements, either government or private sector
- Journeyman
- Bachelor of Arts degree with 3+ years of experience in contracts or program management, either Government or private sector.
- Experience in aviation, research of development, is desirable

- This role is performed onsite in Fort Eustis, VA
- Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000–$135,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, geographic location, contract labor category, and applicable government contract requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.
