Curriculum Delivery: Conducting engaging virtual and physical classes based on standardized training guidelines and materials.
Skill Enhancement: Training participants on voice and accent, corporate communication, email etiquette, and personality development.
Career Readiness: Assisting students with resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, and mock interview sessions.
Student Tracking & Reporting: Maintaining daily attendance, managing student learning progress, and generating internal MIS reports.
Counseling: Providing regular counseling to students and their parents to ensure active participation and address potential dropouts.
Community Mobilization: Supporting mobilization activities (awareness campaigns, community outreach) to enroll suitable candidates for the programs.
